I see by your letter there is very little chance of making a good sale unless undervalued. As to price we were guided by your previous letter mentioning from $5000 to $30000 we don’t know what category (next) [2] our two would be in, but we think too much of them to part with them lightly. As you know Carson’s men is a large picture and certainly a beautiful one as is also the burial of the Indian- we will have photos taken of these pictures and send them as you say- and if conditions improve you might give us an idea what we might expect to get [3] for them.
