I assume you understand from this telegram that I am not paying shipping expenses, etc. as I offered to do in case I could get it for $5 ,000.00. From the things you have told me of this painting and from the watercolor of Malcolm MacKay's I am sure that this picture is going to prove to be a worthy addition to the collection.
