Essay/Description

Pocket beaded bag on saddle leather with twisted fringe with mescal beans. Possibly a strike-a-light bag. Leather fringe on the flap and on the botton of the bag. Fringe decorated with seeds. Beadwork has a geometric design. These bags were typically worn on one’s belt and contained a striking stone or another material used to ignite a fire.
