Woman’s beaded leather moccasins with geometric designs / Unidentified

Essay/Description

Woman's partially beaded leather moccasins with hard soles. There is a beaded border with a tilted rectangular design. This border design seems more characteristic of Northern material.

Curatorial Remarks

There is no specific identifier that identifies these as women's moccasins. Worn early 20th century moccasins with a hard sole. Beaded cuff edge sewn on with thread.
