Silver wire cuff bracelet with punched/filed designs / Unidentified

Essay/Description

Silver wire cuff bracelet. The top and bottom pieces have engraved designs on them. The center piece is made of twisted silver wire. The bracelet is soldered together at the ends.

The outer frame of the cuff appear to be made of heavy gauge wire triangular in cross-section. The back of the wire indicates this may have been cast to look like wire rather than being actual drawn wire. Into the wire frame is soldered a braided wire section made of three heavy gauge wires round in cross-section. The deep central parallel line design may have been created by filing. The shallower flanking zig-zag lines were probably punched.
