Decree authorizing the Mexican government to negotiate with the United States and to disallow relations and imports, among others, if the U.S. continue its aggressions against Mexico, 1837; decree listing all open maritime ports and land ports of entry, along with customs and taxes collected in each and instructions for operators of each location, 1837 (lists Texas town still as open port of entry); circular from the Inspección General de Milicia Activa concerning the position of sargentia mayor across Mexico, with a site by site listing of active personnel numbers, 1837.
